The Hebron Zion Emergency Food Pantry located at 2915 Bohicket Rd, Johns Island, SC operates a weekly 60-Day Emergency Food Pantry that provides food for a short period of time to families and individuals who are in need of emergency food.  The pantry serves the community on Wednesday and Thursday weekly from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Contact Kathleen Green for more information at (843) 559-0865.  Food Pantry Program Details

The Hebron Zion Senior Program meets weekly on Wednesday from 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM.  Transportation is provided to and from the program if needed.  The program is open to all Seniors on the Island and provides a hot nutritious meal, fellowship, bible study, exercise, education, day trips and programs.  In particular the Seniors enjoy quilting, painting and crafts.

The mission of Hands of Christ is to bring Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) congregations together to meet the basic needs of children by showing them Christ's love.  Hebron Zion is a partner with Hnads of Christ and serves a distribution location and supporter.

Hebron Zion is a participating congregation in with the annual Angel Tree program.  This program provides toys, clothes and gifts for children of the Lowcountry at Christmas.  

The Souper Bowl of Caring is the signature event for Tackle Hunger. This program has raised close to $200 million for food charities with thousands of mobilized groups across the country helping support local hunger relief. For businesses who might be interested in sponsoring the Souper Bowl of Caring each year, we invite you to help us grow the power of community mobilization and the importance of local action that supports universal access to healthy foods. Since 100% of what is raised by local groups mobilized by Tackle Hunger stays at local food charities, sponsorships help us make this program grow and become even more effective.
